Shipping Policy

Australian Shipping:

We ship to residential, business and post office box addresses in all states across Australia, via Australia Post.

For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank’s records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business Tuesday.

Ground Delivery:

The Whisk & Wand only uses Australia Post (www.austpost.com.au) as a carrier for domestic delivery services. The Whisk & Wand is not responsible for the safety of your package after it has been delivered by the carrier. It is estimated that all Australian domestic merchandise parcels will be received by the customer within three (3) to six (6) business days of the merchandise being posted.

The Whisk & Wand applies flat rate shipping charge to all orders of Tea products at  a flat rate standard shipping cost of $7.95 (regardless of how many items you order). Please note, due to the size and weight of our Hampers, the standard shipping rate for these items is $14.95.

Shipping Zone

At this time, The Whisk & Wand ships Australia wide only.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse a shipment from The Whisk & Wand, you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to The Whisk & Wand. This amount will be deducted from your order.

Returned Shipments:

If your order is returned due to undeliverable shipping address, you are responsible for original shipping charge and the cost of returning the package to The Whisk & Wand. This amount will be deducted from your order.
