Shopping Cart:

Browse the marvellous range of products available from The Whisk & Wand and choose the item(s) you would like to purchase. Select the appropriate pack sizes and quantity then click “Add to Cart”. You will be able to change the quantity in your shopping cart. You can also remove an item, simply click on the x under “Remove”.

Checkout:

When you’ve completed shopping, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping cart during checkout prior to clicking the ‘Submit Order’ button. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel.

Order Confirmation:

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the items within that order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records.

Order Status:

When your order is received by our despatch team, the status of your order will be ‘Processing’. Once your order has been picked, packed and sent, the status of your order will change to ‘Completed’. when our despatch team change the status to completed, you will be notified by email that your order is complete and your goods are in the process of being delivered.

A further explanation of order status is as follows:

Processing – Payment received and stock has been reduced- the order is awaiting fulfilment
Completed – Order fulfilled and complete – requires no further action
Cancelled – Cancelled by a website administrator in the unlikely event our stock levels are exhausted – no further action required is required from the customer.
Refunded – Refunded by a website administrator due to cancellation of an order – no further action required

International Orders:

Please note, we currently ship only to customers within Australia.

Wholesale & Large Orders:

If you wish to order large quantities or buy our products on a wholesale basis, please touch base using the contact page on this site to discuss your needs.

Minimum Orders: Wholesale & Large Orders will require a minimum purchase quantity. You will be advised of all particulars should these discussions take place.

Sales Tax:

Australian law requires that we charge applicable GST on all goods sold by The Whisk & Wand.

Colours:

This site is best viewed with a minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768. Although colour images are intended to reflect our products to the best of its ability, please note that monitors display colours differently based upon their settings and whilst every effort is made to ensure products are adequately represented visually, we cannot control the rendering of images on your screens.

Product Availablity:

Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Our stock is replenished on a regular basis depending on the particular item and availability of ingredients.

Cancelling and Modifying Orders:

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been successfully submitted, the order cannot be cancelled.
Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the ‘Submit Order’ button. Therefore, an order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED once it is submitted.

Declining Orders:

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors who have need been approved by The Whisk & Wand team.
